Cool HID Fog Light Wiring Assistance Needed!

Hey guys, a simple google search brought me here looking for some information on how I should go about wiring my fog lights.

I've looked through a couple of threads related to fog light wiring but I do have some questions.

I have the following for my 2007 Kia Spectra:

35w OPT7 HID Kit
HID Harness with a four prong 40AMP relay.
a 15AMP Sure Bilt three prong On/Off switch

My vehicle did not come with the fog light option so I'm wiring them on my own.

My biggest concern at this moment is understanding how amperage works when it comes to switches, relays, etc...

Will the 15AMP switch with an in-line work for what I am trying to accomplish? How about a 35AMP switch? Help!?

Thanks guys!

Your switch is fine. It only switches the relay on / off. That pulls only a few amps. The relay is the heavy duty switch, controlled by the 15 amp on / off switch.

Are these actually "fog" lamps or obnoxious driving lights? From the videos I have seen, they are terribly bright in combination with headlights and DRL's. Helping to see without blinding oncoming traffic is the key. Are they adjustable?
