Radiator: antifreeze mixed with oil

I took my '93 Cadillac Deville to the mechanic's because the heat (which came out Summer & Winter, Climate Control on or off) stopped coming 3 months ago, though the fan worked. Now informed there's "chocolate milk" in radiator. So, "gasket or maybe block," but is this the cause of total loss of heat?

Welcome to the forums.

You need to locate the two smaller hoses.... usually 1/2" and 3/4"..... where they enter the firewall on the way to the heater core and see if they are both hot.

If they are both hot.... you have a blend damper problem.
If they aren't both hot then possibly a plugged heater core or a defective anti freeze control valve in one of those two small lines.

Oil in the coolant is serious and needs to be addressed first! Has the engine temp been running hot?
Oil in the coolant shouldn't prevent the heater from working. If coolant is passing thru the heater core then the blend door is most likely preventing the heat from reaching the cab.
