1990 Honda Accord Check Engine Light

1990 Honda Accord, 4Dr, AT, 254,900 miles. Check Engine Light is on. Short self diagnosis connector under front passenger side kick panel. It has a long flash and repeat it again. If I turn engine off and start engine again, Check Engine Light will be off for a while. Maybe days or weeks, but code is still stored in ECU. Is the code 10 or 1? What is the problem and how to fix it?

Correction, it is one short flash and repeat every 2-3 seconds. So, it is Oxygen sensor. Does anyone know how many Oxygen sensors are in this car? I do see one at exhaust right next to the front of engine block. Do I just change this Oxygen sensor to fix the problem? By the way, when key turns to ON position, CEL always lights on for 2 seconds, but now CEL sometimes ON and sometimes not ON. Will change this Oxygen sensor also fix this problem?

Go to here:

(background is not my choice) and scroll down to your Accord manual. It's shop manual. Will O2 fix the problem? Maybe. It may be as simple as bad harness.
