2004 Toyota Camry A/C

The light in the middle of the A/C button on my grandson's 2004 Toyota Camry does not come on and no cool air from the vents. Is there a fuse or relay that would cause this problem? If so, where is it?

Low freon trips pressure switch and then it shuts down the system. You should have a little peep glass on one of the lines showing freon flow.
Likely simply needs to be recharged.

Problem fixed

Went to grandson's house. Looked in Users Manual. Found location of 10 amp A/C fuse under hood. Checked location and no fuse.
Put in new fuse. Light in center of A/C switch comes on when switch pushed and A/C works.
Told grandson fix. He said a month ago his horn stopped working. He took it to a mechanic. Mechanic said horn fuse was blown and blows each time horn fuse was replaced. Mechanic kept car overnight and fixed horn short. Mechanic apparently used spare fuse and A/C fuse during diagnostics of horn short and then forgot to replace A/C fuse. Without a fuse, A/C did not work on first hot day after horn short fix.
