2007 Chevy Uplander AC compressor constantly clicks on and off

Hello All:

Need some AC help on my 2007 Chevy Uplander. The summer months are getting warmer and I have noticed the AC is not getting cold at all. My father in law help me check the Freon levels and they all checked normal, the one thing we noticed was with the AC full blast we can hear the condenser click on and off ever seconds it does cause the engine to drag and release on this constant on and off click. None of the pipes are getting cold. Is there something I can do to fix this? I figured if the condenser is not working it would not turn on...any advice would help.

Compressor or comndensor? You confuse us. Condensors do not click.
I had very similar issue last week on wife's RX300. Turned out to be bad AC relay.

decribe how you check the levels. this is a classic sign of low r-134.

Or, blockage in the system. Freon crystallizes over time, if not routinely circulated at least twice a month.
