Yellow connects to Yellow
Blue connects to Blue
Blue/White connects to Blue/White

There is Solid Blue which is not on Sony MEX-N5100BT wiring harness Where should I connect that?
On Sony MEX-N5100BT wiring harness There are many besides above

Jump to car audio forum. Guys there do nothing but car stereos. You basically need schematics to all the pig tails and Toyota wiring schematic for your year to match.

Toyota 2003 3.0L
Is that a model ???

The JBL system has an amplifier in the car. The Metra 70-8113 is an amplifier connection plug.
It should come with four RCA plugs. Those four RCA plugs go to your new Sony. You wouldn't use the green , green/black, purple, purple/black, white, gray white and white/black which are speaker leads. Insulate them so they can't short to anything.

METRA color/function --------------------> SONY
Black Ground -----------------------------> black
Yellow Battery/Memory -----------------> yellow
Red Ignition/Accy -----------------------> red
Blue Power Antenna --------------------> not used if you don't have a power antenna
Blue/White Amplifier Turn On ---------> blue/white

Gray RCA --------------------------------> Right Front RCA
White RCA ------------------------------> Left Front RCA
Purple RCA ------------------------------> Right Rear RCA
Green RCA ------------------------------> Left Rear RCA

The one with the thicker wire goes to the antenna input jack on the back of the Sony.

The plug with the thin cable was the second antenna wire to the JBL radio which had dual diversity FM reception. That radio choose the antenna with the best signal. Your Sony does not do that.

The really isn't a car audio section. Start a new thread in this forum.
