1994 Olds Cutlass: rough running engine

I have a 1994 Olds Cutless Ciera S, 84000 miles, 3.1 engine. Over the last 6 months it has been running rough when cold, and recently it has started stalling after it has set a while with a warm engine. Recently changed the plugs. The old ones weren't that bad, ( none were fouled ). It didn't help so I changed the plug wires, and the coil packs had some corrosion on the even bank of plugs
(2,4,and 6) The odd bank were all clean. Anyone have any ideas Thanks

That year GM vehicle is on the borderline of OBD and OBD-II diagnostics. You definitely should have it checked for any trouble codes. Is there a lit check engine light ?

The crank sensor was a particular problem on the 1994 Cutlass with the 3.1l engine.
Another common problem on older vehicles is a carboned up EGR valve to the point where the valve won't fully close when it should.

my best guess would be a vacuum leak at the intake.
