..wheel turned all the way to either right or left side?

I checked the power steering fluid level and it looks ok. I had the power steering pump changed once, at around 40,000 miles

honda accord v6 2007 114,000 miles

On many cars if you hold the wheel all the way to the left or right you'll hear a hissing or possible rumble sound. This is normal and is the power steering pump releasing pressure.
