Coolant reservoir showing some apparent oil ....

I was doing my annual engine preparation for winter ( changing oil, anti-freeze, etc) and noticed that there was some oil apparent in the antifreeze reserve. I previously had the car worked on by a repair shop that had just underwent a management change. I emptied the reserve tank and tried to flush the system (1994 Toyota Corolla 1.6) . A inspection of the tank appox one month later shows some more film appearing. Could this be a possible gasket leak?

probably more common for the transmission cooler to leak transmission fluid into the coolant on automatics than the head gasket leaking but either one could be a possibility or it could just be oil that was accidently added if you didn't get it all flushed out well if your certain the repair shop messed up even with new management that is a big screw up by someone new servicing cars.
