Mini bad idle

Hi
I'm have problem with my 2010 Mini Cooper S. Have a bad idle and the only codes that have are 1 2 3 and 4 cylinder misfire. After 3 mechanics and a lot of $ still the problem.
I already changed
valve cover
spark plugs three diferent brands
2 hoses
turbocharger
and already clean the intake valves
I'll appreciate any help

A few questions to clarify:

1. Miles on the car?
2. Does it do it stone cold as well as when at operating temperature?
3. IAC (if it has one) been cleaned or replaced?

Did some web browsing after my post, and I'm not sure it even has an IAC. Might also want to check the Mini-specific forums that are around. Chances are you'll find another Mini owner who has encountered your issue. Because of the relatively small market of Minis on the road, your average contributor may never have worked on one, me included Not out of the realm of possibilities that you could have an ECM issue, but that would be a bit pricey to replace just for troubleshooting.

My only other suggestion would be to take the intake hose/duct loose from the throttle body and give the throat and butterfly a good cleaning with carb cleaner and an old toothbrush. Couldn't hurt. Ditto the MAF sensor, but that takes a different cleaner and you have to be very careful, spray only, no scrubbing.

FWIW, I have an ongoing idle issue with my wrecker (5.7L TBI Chevy motor), so I feel your pain. With me, it's an idle speed that can't make up its mind.
