The thickness should be stamped somewhere on the rotors.

Rotors

Yes, the minimum thickness is stamped on every rotor, but usually on the inboard side of the rotor so might be hard to see without removing the rotor. I think your fronts are 28mm when new, 25mm minimum thickness. Not sure about the rears, if they are solid rather than vented I think they are 10mm new, 8.5mm minimum. These are just some guesses relating to the similar Toyota Camry V6.

Also the disc should be checked for runout, sometimes the wear level is ok but the runout can create a braking wobble or vibration.

The rears typically wear less quickly than the fronts, they take much less heat/load although are sized for that in the first instance.

Thanks flatcrank,,,,,,

runout meaning uneven wear? If so, measuring at multiple points should tell me that?

Could use a dial indicator also to check runout.

Measuring at different points will not tell run out need a dial indicator and turn wheel.

Runout

Unless you have pulsing of the brake pedal or juddering of the steering wheel you are ok for run out.
