Itís called pinch protection, you probably have a problem with the window guid binibg causing pinch protection to activate a go back down, either that or the cables on the regulator are coming apart but most likely something to do with the track, try to spray lithium spray down the track area, if it persists take it to a mechanic.

It could be a track problem but I wouldn't recommend spraying lithium grease on the track.
Some dry silicone lube would be a better choice.

Actually...if you have access to the tracks (door panel off) white lithium IS the stuff. But not just sprayed willy-nilly down into the door.

You can put pull the switch for the window to go up, and once its up, then pull up the switch again and hold for two seconds. That resets the pinch control. Or, you can disconnect the battery for about 15 minutes. This should also reset the pinch control mechanism. Might solve for things. If it recurs, then as noted the regulator which I think includes the pinch control is failing or the tracks are binding.
