High speed fan does not work

I have a 4 cylinder Chrysler Sebring 2008. The high speed blower fan stop working a while ago.I had changed the blower motor resistor but the high speed still did not work. Is there a relay or fuse that controls the high speed blower? IF there is where can I find it? The low speed is still working.

That should be a four speed blower system. The lower three are controlled by the resistor block and the highest position bypasses the resistor block. Some vehicles had a high speed relay in them. I don't see one listed for yours which means you have a defective fan speed switch. Take it out and visually examine it. You'll probably find it partially melted.

Probably at least a few years earlier models, but I remember detecting several failed or starting to fail fan switches on various Mopars simply by letting it run for a minute or two, holding a finger on the switch, and feeling it getting hot.

That wasn't just Mopars..... Fords are the same way.

I've changed my heater control three times.
I know when the knob gets loose that it has melted from the heat of the switch.
