Chrysler 300 Bumper cover repair
Somebody tagged my wifes front bumper cover on the passenger side near the marker light. (2017 300) I cleaned off the offenders paint, but I have two scrapes thru the top coat that need to be fixed. From the videos i have watched, it looks like the only way to do this is to remove and repaint the whole cover. Is that my only option? I have a company that will mix paint to codes but im guessing that this bumper paint will require something to make it more flexible than the regular stuff.
I havent asked them if they can mix that in too, but will when they open next week.

You might consider an aftermarket replacement cover. For some model cars they are quite cheap, others can be pricey. Just depends on make/model/year and how big/complicated the cover is. It will come primed, but at least you'll have no prep work. If you're the adventurous DIY type you could even have a go at painting it. If you don't have a gun and compressor you could use rattle cans, but a bumper cover is fairly large to use spray cans.
Yes, there is an additive for the flexible plastic parts like bumper covers. I don't think it's overly expensive to add.

They are available but are pretty much useless.
I tend to agree, leave it alone, as soon as you repair along comes another one!
My son has a nice round cut from an exhaust, my wife has a square one from a trailer hitch. Don't notice them at 70mph!
