Engine movement while shifting

The other day I drove my kid's 2012 Honda Civic and noticed when I shifted out of drive to either reverse or drive it seemed to have a slight pause and then jerk....I'm terrible at describing such things. It seems to shift fine while going down the road. Anyways, checked tranny fluid and it was right on the max line, but did seem dirty so I will get that changed out. Next item was the the mounts. Doubt that its an issue, but can you all please watch the video and make sure the engine movement seen shifting in and out of drive is acceptable? If so, I'll move onto something else. Thanks all!

Looks normal to me. The motor mounts have some give as they are rubber.
The rubber offers isolation between the engine vibration and the body.

You need to put in P and have someone floor it.
It's no bad, but it's getting there. Civic mounts don't last long, to be honest. Good part, they are cheap and easy to replace.
