Is it Rocker Panel or Body Frame

Happy 4th of July to Everyone.
Toyota Camry 2003 3.0L DOHC LE
Son had an accident and we decided to repair instead of just give it total. We fixed everything and are changing the driver side Fender also. But I am not sure if its just the Rocker Panel or actual body frame needs to be repaired. If its Frame I believe its not a DIY Job and If any BodyShop will repair it or not? I talked to few friends and they said Bodyshop now a days replaces the parts of body but they won't do repairs like this as it requires welding and more work.

Need some advice on what will be best approach.
See the pictures attached.

The car does not have a frame, it's unibody!

The rocker is typ part of the body, but may have trim pieces added to it, you need to look at the underside to understand what you have!
