magnetic drain plug question

My vehicle had a drain plug with the magnetic tip. The gasket/oring appeared to be built into the plug. Unless my eyes played tricks on me, it looks like it cannot be removed.

Do these types of plugs have built in gaskets? And are they reusable?

If it's a replacement plug, hard telling. Original equipment has a replaceable seal. You can find them on ebay easy enough. But I'd get the whole plug to make sure it's an exact match.
