Steering Rack & Pinion Bellow Leaking?

Hi,

I am not sure what exactly the part's name. I believe it is right steering rack and pinion bellow. There is oil on it. Not sure if this is leaking. About to do a road trip, but want to make sure if this is something I need to get fixed before travel. I have attached a few pics. The car is 2005 Toyota Camry

Thanks in advance.

The seals on the ends of the rack are leaking into the boots. They usually just get progressively worse/ At some point it will begin leaking on the driveway, its usually not a catastrophic failure but need to keep the fluid level filled!
