"...is heavy cranking before it turns over..."
What exactly does that mean? Is it like a weak battery or poor connection causing the starter to barely turn the engine over?

Your car has on board diagnostics (OBD) that will turn on Check Engine light when any of the sensed parameters is outside the acceptable range and provide the faulty parameter code via a reader connected to the OBD connector under the dash. What was the basis for changing spark plugs, ignition coils and camshaft position sensor?

It's still a fairly new vehicle. Is it no longer under warranty? I would look into getting a scanner to help steer you in the right direction. Throwing money at parts typically doesn't work out well.

How many miles on the vehicle? How long have you owned it?
Did this problem happen "all at once" or has it deteriorated over time?

You either have fuel supply issue or leaking injectors, flooding spark plugs with fuel, causing extended cranks before engine fires. Also, check air filter. If you do not have good air supply, you run rich.

Your engine has a timing issue between the camshaft and crankshaft. Difficult to troubleshoot without shop type diagnostic equipment. You can try changing the sensors but I would go to a Dodge dealership.
