Tire Question Please. Re Goodyear Assurance

Hello,

Have a tire question for you experts.
This is one subject that always confuses me.

Is the following Goodyear Tire rate as "All Season", or as "All Weather". ?

Their site seems to imply both, which I don't think is plausible ?
The M+S also confuses the issue.

Goodyear Assurance, “WeatherReady,”
(Tire sIze is 225/65R17 102H M+S)

Thanks.
Appreciate the help,
Bob

To me, All Season and All Weather mean the same thing. As noted, M&S does have a specific meaning but I don't think it gets used as often and it could be as I think it was a way to acknowledge tires which were not normally good in snow or such, like the Eagle tires police used to put on their cars; the Eagle M&S to denote it wasn't just a summer-style tire like the traditional Eagle.
