2012 maxima vvt solenoid
Hello !
Anyone happen to know the bolt size to hold the vvt solenoid in place ? I dropped mine into the abyss and it has vanished !

dealer didn't know actual bolt size and had none in stock
this year has 1 bolt only
10mm stub wrench to remove

What size bolt uses a 10 mm socket?
If you mean what size bolt has a 10 mm head, it is a 6 mm bolt.

If manufacturer's documentation for dealers only deals with numbers for parts, then its about time there is a federal law that requires car manufacturers to provide documentation in new autos with their number for every part in the auto. Then, after market suppliers can provide correct part by cross reference.
