Squealing noise in front end

I have a 94 ply voyager and recently started hearing a high pitch squealing noise at low speeds. It first noticed it when turning left, but now its all the time at low speeds. It does stop when I start to apply my brakes, but when released the noise starts again. please help.

How's the brake pads? Worn? Feelers scraping?

Mileage? Recent repairs? Condition of the wheel bearings?

99 out of 100 times this is worn front brake pads. The indicators on the pads scrape the rotor to alert the driver that the pads are worn out.

Right...

It will sound like a chirping bird. Sometimes comes and goes.

squeeling

My 93 voyager makes the same sound, I had the brakes checked out today and they said my brakes are fine, altho the rear drums could be replaced but the sound is coming from the front. The van does have 196k on it but not sure if the brakes have been replaced.
