I have an 81' Chevy truck. My passanger side brake calliper won't releaseafter I let off the pedal but all the other brakes release fine, I have already put a new calliper on it and it did not fix it.

You have a bad rubber brake hose on that side. The inside lining of the hose collapses and acts as a one-way check valve, letting fluid enter the caliper, but not back out. Always change BOTH sides. When one goes bad, the other is likely right behind it.
