Villager heat

Having problem with my 1999 Villager's heat and defrost. The mini-van gets warm only when the van is driving and when it is stopped it is cold. I added Anti-freeze and still having problems!
HELP!

Feel the heater hoses going to to the heater core. If they are both hot when the engine is warmed up, the problem is inside with the vent door.

If not, it's in the cooling system. Likely a bad thermostat.
