What is the best way to replace a rear struts in Honda accord'94?
I have them but I have heard it is really hard to do it.

What year is your car?

It's not a terribly difficult job if you have a spring compressor. It's nearly impossible (and very dangerous) if you don't.

I suggest you invest $14 in a Haynes manual to get an idea of what's involved.

You can rent most tools you need for the job at places like Autozone. They should have the proper stuff.

I second Knuckles' suggestion at getting a repair manual. It will pay for itself the first time you use it.
