95 ford F150 4X4 front brakes grind

This is on a 1995 F150 4x4 I have turned the rotors because they are typical Ford POS brake rotors and were warped. The Pads were almost new. The brakes don't pulsate anymore and the grinding went away for about a week. Now the terrrible grinding noise has returned when you apply the brakes. It also has a very weak peddle, someone told me it's due to the ABS brakes, is that true or possible brake problems. Thanks for you help.

What quality replacement parts are you using? The rotors might be bad and need to be changed and perhaps shouldn't have been turned.

They're cheap enough, change 'em to be sure and use good quality pads.
