When to change springs?

1993 Chevrolet Lumina, 67K miles, 6 cylinder, automatic. Struts and springs have never been replaced. I'm planning on changing struts when weather warms up and am wondering should I replace springs as well? How do you know when springs need replaced? Or will replacing the struts take care of it? You can push down on the front of the car and it bounces up and down several times.

Chances of the springs being worn out in 67k miles is pretty remote unless I'm forgetting some Lumina quirk. The new struts should fix it right up.

I agree with TowGuy. The springs are likely fine at this point.

Is this one of those "cash cow" items for the less reputable shops, Joe?
