1995 VW Jetta Power Windows Stopped Working

I have a 1995 Volkswagen Jetta. Yesterday the power windows worked. I closed all 4 of them simultaneously. The next time I started my car, the power windows didn't work. They are not listed in the fuse section of my owners manual, nor do any fuses appear to be blown.

My seat heaters also stopped working, so the problem seems electrical. Are there circuit breakers anywhere in the car (perhaps under the hood)? Has anyone had and solved this problem before?

Give the dealer a call for the location/function of the breakers and relays. Probably overheated. Might reset itself.
