Angry 1998 Ford F150

I have a 98 Ford F150 with a 4.2 liter V6 in it. The temperature gauge is reading normal but I have no heat coming out of my air vents. It is full of coolant and is not leaking anywhere. Is it the thermostat? If it is some tips on replacing it would be appreciated. Thanks a bunch.

Warm up the truck. Feel the heater hoses. Both hot? If not, the problem is on the engine side.

If they are hot, the problem is with the vent door on the inside of the truck.
