91 toyota p u

i have a 91 toyota pu and i have to push the clutch in 4 or 5 times before the truck will try to start. i do not no if it is the clutch or a starter or even a neutral switch . it is a 4cyl 5 speed 91 pu .it is like i am not pushing in the clutch when i try to start it . the battery is fully charged. so i need HELP thanx

Sounds like a faulty clutch start switch. Usually located on the clutchpedal.

Jump it out if it's a two wire switch, and if the trouble goes away, the switch is bad. Any parts store or Toyota dealer will have it.

it sounds as though he's trying to say the clutch is dragging when he tries to start it.......make sure your clutch hydraulic reservoir is full, bleed air from this system if possible, you may end up replacing the clutch slave cylinder if it's leaking......
