No Heat!

Our Olds 88 has stopped giving us heat! It's a 97- we tried all the fuses, that doesn't seem to be the problem. When you put it on heat or AC, no air blows through the vents. Any ideas for things we can check. My husband isn't a car expert, but he is learning, so if you could give him some ideas as to where to look, we're hoping to fix this on our own. Thanks!

It sounds like you have a FAN problem, not an HVAC/temperature problem.

Check the link in my signature file for service manual information.

Probably a bad fan switch, connection or blower resistor. The latter is the most common and usually high speed goes first and then the others go after that when it's going bad.
