88 Olds Cutless ciera, running out of gas

The problem started out as sporatic stalling when coming to a stop or making a slow turn while driving at moderate speed.
I changed the fuel filter near the gas tank. It was quite clogged.
The problem seemed to get worse. Car would stall and not restart unless I turned ignition completely off and then on again.
I checked OBD for a dashboard light code. code 44, O2 sensor showed. Changed it , problem still there. The fuel pump was changed 2 years ago. pump totally failed. Could the problem be the throttle position sensor?? any suggestions??

thanks

What does a fuel pressure check with gauge reveal?

That's the next step.

Is there any difference when the tank is full vs. near empty?

May be a problem with the fuel pickup in the tank-
