My jeep is misfiring when I accelerate. I have changed all the engine fluids and filters. I just replaced the distributor cap and the spark plugs. I did notice the rotor had what looked like a burn or scorch mark off the center of it. Is this a bad rotor? What does a bad rotor look like? Should I just replace the whole distributor?

Thanks,

Jamie

Try changing the spark plug wires. I'd start there.
