Unhappy carb help revisited, thanks n more thanks

Just an update to all you beautiful people who took the time to help me. 85 Dodge van 318, auto. I purchased a carb from a place in Bklyn, 100 dollars, 90 for shipping and the carb is a perfect match. I put it in this morning and I'm running like a champ. Actually found a Canadian with a fuel pressure gauge and I measured 4lbs while cranking, right in the middle of what's acceptable. I had to pour gas into the carb to start but it was dry and 5 hours later I tried to start and it turned right over. Spent almost an hour trying to find the timing mark. Chrysler doesn't want anyone to fix their junk. Tomorrow morning if I start without help I'm on my way again. Just wanted to thank all and the next round's on me.
