WIPER ARM on 94 Dodge Grand Caravan

Hello,

Last night the driver's side windshield wiper arm malfunctioned on my 1994 Dodge Grand Caravan. It was raining and the arm simply stopped in the middle of the windshield. The motor was still trying to turn it, but the arm would not come back down. Instead, it simply kept going further to the left until it was curling around to the window of my door. I've determined that the motor itself is still turning, but the arm is not securely connected to it. Questions:

1. How do I remove the arm? It is hard to determine.
2. Is there a suggestion as to the best way to approach this?
3. Does anyone know of an online diagram of the arm on this model year that I could view?
4. Is this repairable with the current wiper arm, or do I need to get a new arm?

Thank you.

details of the arm removal in this link:

http://www.autolibrary.org/

basically, remove the "head cover" where arm mounts to motor drive arm, remove nut and pry arm off...

may be able to re-use arm, probably have to replace, most all of them have splines which probably stripped out when the nut loosened up...
