access to the bulbs should be from inside the trunk...you'll have to pull back the padding or remove the trim...remove wing nuts to pull out assembly, or if bulbs are exposed twist sockets to the left 1/4 turn to remove from light assy.

Mooser's right, assuming we are not talking about the third high mount stoplight inside the car

i APPRECIATE THE QUICK RESPONSE GUYS. WHAT I
WAS LOOKING 4 IS A LITTLE MORE DETAILS ON HOW TO
GET ACCESS TO THE BULBS. I'VE PULL THE FELT DOWN
IN THE TRUNK AND IT REALLY DID'NT SHOW ME ANYTHING
THE BURNED OUT BULB IS ON THE DRIVERS SIDE CENTER
OF THE TRUNK.

there may be wing nuts holding the bulb panel into the car, if so remove the wing nuts and pull out the light assy., then twist & pull bulbs out from the front...
if bulb socket is exposed when you pull the carpet back grasp the plastic socket and turn 1/4 turn left to remove it, then remove bulb from the socket...
