auto paint damage

I drove my 2001 Toyota Tundra down a brushy trail and received many light scratches. They cannot be felt with my fingernail but mar the finish. Are the scratches in the clearcoat? Can the clearcoat be removed taking the scratches with it? What would be the best solution to my problem? Thanks for any help.

To get surface scratches off of my 1995 Nissan 200sx, I use products from a company called 'Kit'. Check out their website at www.kitwax.com

I bought both their carnuba wax and "Scratch Out" from a local Walmart. Combined, both products are really effective in getting slight imperfections off of my car's finish.

I agree. Perfect it by 3M might also work as well. Visit any body supply store.
