Sounds like a poor tint job to me. Back to the shop and have them redo it.

Tint looks hokey on most cars in my belief.

Absolutely normal and expected......

The solution the tint installer uses contains soap......It is recommended by many of the larger Manufacturers. It will take 3- 5 days for the liquid to completely evaporate at which time the windows will be clear and some of the smaller bubbles will fade...this should have been a subject coverd by the installer however if you had your windows done at a place that subs out then it's possible they just forgot to tell you............
