Problems with 90 Probe

Help, My son has a 90 probe. Two problems. #1, the horn does not work. When he hits the horn, I hear a click near the firewall, but thats it. (Can't even find the durn thing, Its not at all like my first car, I could even reach the spark plugs in it). #2, the automatic seatbelt on the drivers side doesn't move. It appears to be frozen near the roof. He says sometimes when he hits a bump, it'll move a little bit. If anyone can help hear, thanks in advance.

The horn issue is probably a blown fuse or a bad relay.

The seat belt issue might be a jammed plastic gear in the track. A real PITA to service on most cars like this.

Thanks for the info. I will work on the horn this weekend. I was surfing the net after I posted my question about the seatbelt, and discovered a recall. I called my local Ford dealer, and they confirmed a recall, and I made an appointment for Monday.

Thanks again.
