94 Tracer wont idle when warm

I have a 94 Tracer w/ 1.9L and A/C. Several weeks ago my car started to choke out when it was at operating temperature. I thought it was bad gas, since I had topped the tank a day earlier. I have changed the plugs, air filter and fuel filter but the car still dies out. The car will idle but then the idle will slowly drop and then the car will die out in a matter of a few minutes. It will, on occasion, surge and then die out.

Any ideas what can be happening? I am at the point where I may take in to the shop but if it is something I can do myself, I would rather do that.

Check the links in my signature file for some ideas.

Pull your trouble codes and look for vacuum leaks. Let us know what you find. Might have a bad idle air control valve or carbon in the throttle body, among other problems.
