How to oil or loosen window handle - cannot open window.

Assuming its a crank window.

Pop off the panel and have a look inside. Check the links in my signature file for some ideas.

It's not as simple as oiling the crank......Most likely their is something binding in the regulator system......Joe is correct that you need to take the door panel off and inspect for a bent/broken or misaligned assembly.........

You say you cannot open window.........If you can open it however it's tough, you might firsrt try spraying the front and rear glass channels with a silicone spray........
