looking up oem part numbers

I would like to find a web-site where an individual can look up their own part numbers. I would like to look at the same parts diagram (microfiche) that the guy in the parts deptment views to obtain part numbers. Does anyone out there know of such a site. Specifically I'm looking for Nissan Pickup oem parts.

Good question.

Nissan does not put their information downstream. Hyundai and Kia do this and provide links to the same.

Nissan uses CD-ROMS now, splitting at the 1991 model year. The system is called the "FAST" system. They go pretty far back on CD.

What you might be able to do is get a set of microfiche for your vehicle from a dealer that's pitching them.

You can then pick up a fiche reader or go to the local library and use their machine to read the fiche. Nissan uses regular standard format.
