starting problems

I have a 1995 z28 camero and just the other day it would not start and continues to not. At first the engine would turn over and not catch, but after I sprayed some starting fluid into the air intake the engine would fire up and run for about 5 seconds and then kill. I am wondering if there is a way that I can fix this or am I going to have to call a tow truck?

Start by checking my post "The Basics"

If stoking it with fuel/carb cleaner like that makes it stay running, you like have a fuel problem. Perhaps a bad fuel pump.
