The tubing for the shifter is broke. Is there away I can change this without taking off the whole steering column. If so can you please help me. If I do have to remove the whole steering column whats the best way to do that. Thanks

I just checked autolibrary and it was no help.
You can take the cover off the column easily by removing screws at the bottom. After removing cover you will see how it is mounted.
As I said before I believe it is held in by a pin.If so you'll need to drive the pin out.
