If my coolant is running into my exaust does that mean I have a crack in the block?

Well, the water runs out as fast as I put it in, but does not leak onto the ground. I have a lot of white smoke coming out of the tailpipe. The exaust system looks wet and is dripping.

If the smoke smells sweet like syrup, that is a blown head gasket/cracked head.

The smoke is sweet and usually hangs in the air.

What are the details of the smoke?
