left front wheel rolls side to side

It is a 1990 Toyota Corolla with automatic transmission. Eight or Nine months after I have replaced both half shafts, the right front wheel start rolling side to side, it is kind like a Zig-Zag. Then I put new four tires did balance and wheel alignment twice and it did not fix it. I switch the wheels from front to back, replaced ball joint, struts and still didnot fix it. What else is there? Am I overlooking something? I really appreciate your input.

You might have a bad hub/wheel bearing assembly.

Do you hear any howling when you drive?

someone mentioned it could be bad wheel bearing, but I don't hear anything when I drive.
Thanks.

Have it checked out. Could be a cracked unibody or bad tie rods. Tough to say without seeing/inspecting the car.

Either way, it's not good if the wheels don't turn true
