Heat

Have a 1999 GMC Jimmy,4.3. Replaced thermostat due to following problem but problem still exists. The blower is working fine and at speeds of 50mph or more the heat is fine. While idling at red lights or speeds below 50 mph the heat is cool. The one hose going to the heater core is hot , other cool. What up wif dat?"

A clogged heater core more than likely.

Try backflushing it and see if it improves
