High Idle On 3.8 Sfi Gm V6

I HAVE A 90 BONNEVILLE THAT SOMETIMES IDLES AT OR ABOVE 2500RPM WHEN HOT.....WHILE OTHER TIMES IT IDLES A BIT TOO LOW.THIS PROBLEM IS INTERMITTENT AND DOES NOT CAUSE THE "SERVICE ENG." LIGHT TO COME ON.I HAVE INSTALLED[&RESET] A NEW IAC MOTOR, OXYGEN SENSOR,CLEANED THROTTLE BDY,NEW PLUGS,CHECKED ALL VACUUM LINES, AND STILL THE PROBLEM PERSISTS! ASIDE FROM THIS, THE CAR RUNS WELL[COULD IT BE THE ECM OR PROM????]PLS. HELP!

Please kill the caps.

Check the links in my signature file for some ideas. Check for throttle cable binding.

possible that a coolant temp sensor is malfunctioning, making the ecm think the engine is colder than it really is ?
