Turn Signals
#1

I have a 95 Pontiac Grand Am. When I turn on the signal there is a delay and a sucking noise in both directons. I have replaced the blown bulbs and checked the fuses. I haven't found the flasher yet to check it. Any suggestions on what else it might be?

Do your hazards work correctly? If they do, the bulbs are probably ok and it's a flasher.
Typical locations of flashers are in the fusebox and near the steering column on many GM cars. A quick call to any GM dealer's parts department should net you the location in a jiffy.
The part shouldn't be more than a few bucks at any parts store.
