89 Toyota Camry Wagon -Radio Issue

Well-- Driving to work this morning, I turned on my radio (to compliment my morning coffee!) and my radio did not turn on--- Just a few days ago, my car clock stopped working as well. Could this be a fuse? If they were connected, wouldn't they stop working at the same time? Everything else appears to be working. Any help would be greatly appreciated....!!!!

Sure, first thing to check is the fuse. If that checks out, make sure no plugs have come out of the radio.

Barring that, the radio has internal failure and should be sent out for service.

Sorry Joe...but you're talking to a novice....where do I find the 'plugs'? Do I have to pull the radio out for that?

They are at the back of the radio.

I suggest if the fuses check out, to have it serviced professionally. Best way.
